All about the future.
Your trainee programme to become a SAP consultant or developer.
Ready to take off with us?
Everything is changing – and you are in the middle of it: The digitalization push requires companies to reposition themselves. The transformation affects work processes and decision-making cultures. This requires experts who think technology and organization together. The trainee programme trains people to do just that.
We bring you ASAP into the world of SAP.
There is hardly a large German company that does not use SAP. A new system release is due by 2027 at the latest. We are already preparing customers for this – just like you: In six months, we will teach you all the soft and hard skills you need for a successful career start in IT and management consulting.
Become part of the next trainee program.
Become a SAP professional in six months.
The programme takes place in a hybrid classroom format: On-site training at different locations in Germany alternates with remote training. In this way, you get to know our different offices and move between teamwork and self-organization, just as you will later in your everyday working life.
Your basic training
You will acquire skills in communication and presentation, as well as methodological knowledge such as Scrum and Design Thinking, and receive SAP basics.
Individual in-depth study of topics
You will then supplement your knowledge with SAP programming, for example in ABAP and Java. In addition, you will deepen your knowledge in a topic of your choice: in the area of Cross Industries, Utilities, Financial Services or Public & Retail.
Professionalization on the job
In the third phase, you apply the theory you have learned directly in practice. You become part of a project team and work with them on a real project on site.

“The orange class gave me an optimal introduction to the profession of a consultant. In addition to teaching the topics that are part of the everyday life of a consultant, a wide variety of topics such as ABAP programming, forms, ERP systems, etc. were covered in depth, whereby the fun was not missed out and great friendships were developed.”
SANDRA BOGDAHN, Teamlead (Trainee’17)
Does it fit? Let’s find out together.
Interested? Then let’s get to know each other. Ideally, you should have a university degree in a STEM subject, business studies or an apprenticeship with relevant work experience. 1. Your application
You send us your CV, a current transcript of grades from your college/university degree and relevant references.
2. Telephone interview
Via telephone or video interview, we exchange ideas for the first time and can clarify questions together.
3. Get to know each other in person
In a personal interview, you can convince us with your skills, knowledge and personality – just as you get to know us better.
4. We look forward to welcoming you!
Do you and we think it’s a great fit? In that case it’s: “Welcome to the orange class!” We’ll give you a warm welcome as part of the onboarding process.
